Telefono Rosa Piemonte is dedicated to listening, welcoming and supporting women who are victims of physical, psychological, economical and/or sexual abuse, stalking and guidance for minors following their mums and whom are victims of suffered or assisted violence. The association offers listening moments via telephone and in the headquarter, psychological and legal counselling, social and research desk, orientation and support in finding a job, groups of support. Every year there is an internal professional training and an external, specialistic training with the support of an external planner. In 2018 we have welcomed 786 women and more than 1.000 people per month have contacted us at our nocturnal project Presenza Amica.

The confrontation is with Italian and foreigner women, with different levels of education, who come from Turin and other parts of Piedmont. It’s also important the counselling and orientation done via web (3.829 in 2018) and as well as prevention and informative meetings in middle schools and high schools. Specialized operators offer conuselling about the relationships’ environment of the victims. At night time we also operate in the safe house which is partnered with Telefono Rosa and of which it’s responsible of the emancipation from the violence. Telefono Rosa operates also through a nocturnal service and a mobile unit for external services on the territory.
